Great pics, but can you reduce the filesizes? I have cable internet, and they're still taking quite a while to open...

I don't have good software to resize the photographs. I can do them one at a time, but with all the pictures that I have, it would take a long time to do that. Any suggestions on software to resize the pictures in bulk would be appreciated.

i've used this before and one can use a perl or php program to resize in bulk.
