Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit
In like a lion, out like a lamb. And so, March has begun. As with other months, I start with a prospective and retrospective blog post, harkening back to the childhood saying, "Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit", meant to bring good luck. I couple this with the old saying about March, in like a lion, out like a lamb. Well, certainly, March has come in like a lion with heavy weather across much of the country, although really the peak of the weather was probably yesterday. We'll see how lamblike it is by the end of the month.
Last week, I went up to Podcamp Western Mass and the friend I went up with observed that many of my blog posts make reference to how tired I am. I had been talking about how I try to write at least one blog post every day, as a sort of discipline, or exercise, not only to voice my thoughts, but to work on improving my writing.
In fact, I was so tired that the next day, I pretty much slept all day, and didn't even get a blog post up, for the first time, I believe in several years. Yes, I am still tired, and today's blog post remains part of my writing discipline, but perhaps, the coming of spring will bring me new energy. Let's hope.
